I'll never forget the fact that when I emailed you to say I was coming to Sicily you said that I'd let you down by not sending a proper itinerary for my trip, à la Piet & Maus Marteau "p.s. i was actually expecting a microsoft excel spreadsheet with all of your planned activities, so get that sorted or don't bother coming."
